Thanks to you!

This week on Craftaholics R Us
the theme is thank you.

Having a son in the military has brought an
even greater respect to our nations
military than I had before.

My father also served in the military in the Korean War.

So proud!

I was excited about the theme of "Thank You" because
I knew right away what I was going to make.

I chose a file from Imagine That called
It had everything in it that I needed to make my cards. It
had a digi stamp of a boy and girl military persons as well
as digital papers of all different colors of camo patterns.

The digi stamps are colored with
Prismacolor pencils.

Their little tuxedos and waddles and the cutest.

save some Halloween magic.
The background papers were some I have had in my stash.
I added glitter and 3D foam dots to create
texture, shine, and dimension.

Shoptastic Cuties - Wickedly Cute Pumpkin Cutie

Halloween is almost here.

Ready or not the little goblins and princesses will
be knocking at our doors
hoping for a treat and not a trick.

helped me make a darling page to save pictures of
those darling goblins and princesses.

The background paper was a page I found in my stash.
Glitter helped to add texture and shine
(although it can't be seen in the photo).
3D foam dots added dimension.

Happy spooking!!!

The flowers are vellum with black embossing on them.

Paper Crafting on a Dime is a young company just starting out.

Fantasy Dragon Suspended Spinner Card

Today I created a Suspended Spinner Card.
I used the digi from the Fantasy Bundle at KoalaTCrafts
called Dragon.

To make the card, I used a tutorial by Jen Evers of KoalaTCrafts on YouTube. On Jen's YouTube channel you will find
a lot of tutorials to help you learn
new things.
Jen's blog is here. She has a schedule there so you can see
when she does live sessions.

Jen really does a good job showing and explaining as she
makes the card.

Getting ready to let him spin.

I used embroidery floss for the string that the dragon spins on.
I coloured the dragon with Prismacolor pencils.
Glitter was added around the opening for some sparkle.

Hope you will take the time to try the tutorial and make
some fun Suspended Spinner Cards of your own.
Jen has many other video tutorials on YouTube as well.

Sucker Bat file from
Kadoodle Bug Designs.

The file is a free file for a while so head on over and
snatch it up.

Thanks for looking at my blog post.
Have a great day.
